Mizuno Tava Warranty Policies

There is a limited 1 year warranty on all Mizuno clubs purchased from an authorized retailer. The warranty only covers manufacturers defects and specifically excludes damaged caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or alterations made by anyone other than Mizuno. In order to take advantage of the warranty you must take the clubs to an authorized dealer who will contact Mizuno for a return authorization number. If the clubs are inspected and are found to be outside of the warranty policy you’ll be contacted with information about your options.
